The Royal Aawas Betkuchi has marked their third win with PMAY Affordable Housing Award 2025, following the Royal Aawas Tezpur in 2019 and the Royal Aawas Guwahati in 2022, which has made The Royal Group as the leading and most awarded affordable housing brand in Northeast India. Our continued recognition is not just an award, it is proof of our commitment to providing quality, dignified, and affordable homes to the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and Lower Income Groups (LIG) of Assam. 

National Level Recognition for a Vision-Focused Project

The award ceremony was held on 5th June, Thursday at Nehru Place, New Delhi, presided over by Shri Tokhan Sahu, Hon’ble Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs. Mr. Saurav Pansari, CEO & Managing Director of Royal Aawas, received the award on behalf of the company. A visionary leader with an eye for impact-driven development, Mr. Pansari has been the driving force behind Royal Aawas’ continued success. This honour highlights Royal Group’s commitment to changing the landscape of affordable urban housing through planned neighbourhoods, innovative designs and customer focused planning.

The PMAY Awards are offered in partnership with India’s Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), NAREDCO, HUDCO, and CREDAI, and reviewed by a panel drawn from reputable organizations such as CSIR-CBRI Roorkee, National Institute of Urban Affairs and many variables. The comprehensive review involved in-depth background research, on-ground project inspections, and final sign-off with recommendations from MoHUA all affirming Royal Aawas Betkuchi’s excellence in design, affordability, and execution.
